January 2026, we decided to change the value Renprofile offers to its users.

This decision was made due to our declining traction. People were signing up, but weren't engaging or sticking around as we'd hoped. Interest was there. Usage was not.

That gap forced us to pause and look closely at what we were actually building.

Ren was founded on a simple goal, a company that solves real, worthwhile problems worth building.

Beta V1.0 Renprofile

Renprofile.me launched on October 28, 2025.

The early signs were encouraging; We had over 50 signups in the first week after launch. Our launch video on X crossed 500 impressions on day one.

Those numbers told us something important, businesses clearly cared about feedback and reviews.

What the numbers also told us, quietly at first, was that people were not sticking around.

What Worked, What Didn't.

At its core, Renprofile started as a review collection tool. That framing turned out to be a mistake.

We were asking business owners to adopt another tool, learn another workflow, and actively chase reviews. In reality, most business owners do not wake up thinking about reviews. They think about customers, complaints, retention, and growth.

Our funnel suffered for a few reasons; We were competing too closely with Google Reviews. We didn't lean enough on customer stories. Most importantly, the workflows were manual and rigid.

The product required effort instead of removing it.

A regular business owner does not want more tools. They want one place where things just move.

Insight, New Direction.

We realized something simple but important, Businesses do not want a tool for collecting reviews rather they want a sustainable way to retain customers and grow using customer feedback.

Reviews are an outcome, Reputation is the real job. Once we accepted that, the direction became obvious.

Changes, Improvements.

We're not abandoning reviews, rather making a shift from review collection to Reputation Management.

If WhatsApp is where customers interactions happen, We're certain building a frictionless Reputation Workflow on there is paramount.

With this shift, Renprofile handles post-sale conversations, Measures customer satisfaction, Resolve issues privately, and routes satisfied customers to Google reviews.

All from one place. One dashboard. One flow.

Expectations, Goals.

We're building toward a product that is easy to use, easy to maintain, and easy to grow.

Users should open Renprofile daily, not occasionally, Retention should be meaningfully higher, The product should cross 100k ARR, Most importantly, businesses should feel like Renprofile is protecting and growing their reputation every day without extra effort.

Renprofile.me would no longer be another tool, Instead a quiet infrastructure working in the background. That is the direction. That is the focus. And that is the product we are building now.
